My home isn't furnished. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We advise on furnishing and set-up, and quote it before anything is bought.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly, with a statement listing every booking and every cost.
Can any property be a short stay?
Not always. Mortgages, leases and local planning rules can limit short lets, and London homes have a 90-night yearly cap. We check before recommending it.
Are the figures guaranteed?
No. They are careful estimates from local data. Results depend on the property, location and demand.
